为研究企口现浇装配预制梁承载能力和变形性能,制作3根企口现浇装配预制梁和1根整浇梁进行抗弯承载力试验.通过比较装配预制梁和整浇梁的力学参数,探究现浇企口受力及变形规律,找出其局部刚度变化规律.试验结果表明:现浇企口对装配预制梁的承载力影响不大,挠度基本呈线性变化趋势,变形能力满足设计规范要求,弯矩最大处对连接点最不利;现浇企口处局部刚度在受力前期下降较为明显,后期较为缓慢.
In order to study the bearing capacity and deformation performance of cast-in-place prefabricated beams in Tongkou, three prefabricated cast-in-situ prefabricated beams and one integral cast-in-situ beam were manufactured for flexural capacity test.By comparing the mechanical parameters of prefabricated beams and cast- , To investigate the stress and deformation of cast-in-situ gauge and find out the rule of its local stiffness.Experimental results show that the cast-in-situ gauge has little effect on the bearing capacity of fabricated prefabricated beam, the deflection basically changes linearly and the deformation ability meets the design requirements The specification requires that the maximum bending moment is the most unfavorable to the connection point. The local stiffness at the pouring point is obviously decreased at the early stage of stress and later at a slower pace.
