采用自由基溶液聚合法合成了低相对分子质量端羟基聚丁二烯-苯乙烯橡胶(HTBS),通过傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了HTBS的微观结构,并研究了用其制得聚合物材料的力学性能。结果表明,采用部分连续加入引发剂方式制备的HTBS分子量分布较窄;当HTBS的结合苯乙烯质量分数为16%~26%时,顺式-1,4-结构和反式-1,4-结构质量分数为53%~61%,1,2-结构质量分数为20%~24%;由HTBS制得的聚氨酯弹性体和聚氨酯防水涂料具有较好的力学性能,另外HTBS可有效提高聚苯乙烯树脂的扯断伸长率。
