As a developing country, China has witnessed rapid economic growth in recent years, people’s living standard has been continuously improved, and the market competition has become increasingly fierce. Taking the real estate enterprise as the research object, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the enterprise and the competitive environment, and analyzes how Chinese real estate enterprises can use the information technology ability to form a competitive advantage from the perspective of resources.
