目的建立复方芪丹胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法以乙腈:水(30:70)为流动相,Agilent Hypersil ODS C18柱(4·0mm125mm,5μm)为固定相,流速为1·0ml/min;漂移管温度:45℃,氮气流速:1·5L/min。结果黄芪甲苷在1·832~18·32μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96·45%,RSD为1·16%。结论该方法准确、重现性好、灵敏度高,可用于复方芪丹胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Compound Qidan Capsules. Methods The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (30:70) with Agilent Hypersil ODS C18 column (4.0 mm, 125 mm, 5 μm) as the stationary phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min. The temperature of the drift tube was 45 ℃ and the flow rate of nitrogen was 1 5L / min. Results Astragaloside had a good linear relationship in the range of 1.832-18.32 μg with an average recovery of 96.45% and a RSD of 1.16%. Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of Astragaloside IV in compound QIDAN capsules.
