本文提出了一种求解多片簧刚度与应力的新模型。模型假定片间有多个确定的接触点,每个接触点处作用着集中力。根据板簧变形协调原理,导出相应的方程。采用一种逐步搜索逼近法,可解出各个接触点的位置及作用力的大小,并进一步求得各叶片的应力分布、挠度曲线及弹簧刚度。计算结果与实测结果对比表明,新模型求解精度高,速度快,可直接应用于多片簧的设计计算。
This paper presents a new model for solving the stiffness and stress of multi-leaf springs. The model assumes multiple defined contact points between the slices and a concentrated force at each contact point. According to the principle of leaf spring deformation coordination, the corresponding equations are deduced. Using a step-by-step search approximation method, the position and force of each contact point can be solved, and the stress distribution, deflection curve and spring stiffness of each blade are further obtained. Comparing the calculated results with the measured results shows that the new model has the advantages of high precision and fast speed, and can be directly applied to the design and calculation of multi-leaf springs.
