英国的一家公司用一种叫Cease fire200的隔热泡沫,修补各种工业窑炉的高温窑墙而不使窑炉停产。这种无机隔热泡沫是先将粉末与水混合成一种半粘滞的浆,再与反应剂混合生成隔热泡沫,以液体状从喷枪喷出,可修补窑墙上的孔洞和裂缝。隔热泡沫的导热性几乎与矿棉相等。整个修补过程只需30~120秒钟而不需要干燥和固化,即能长期在1100℃的温度下工作。
A British company used an insulating foam called Cease fire 200 to repair the high temperature kiln walls of various industrial furnaces without stopping the furnaces. This kind of inorganic thermal insulation foam is first mixed with powder and water into a kind of semi-viscous pulp, and then mixed with the reactants to form insulating foam, which is sprayed from the spray gun in liquid form to repair holes and cracks in the kiln wall. The thermal conductivity of insulating foam is almost equal to that of mineral wool. The entire repair process takes only 30 to 120 seconds without the need for drying and curing, ie it can work at a temperature of 1100°C for a long period of time.
