微小染色体维持蛋白(MCMp,MCM蛋白)是真核生物DNA复制的主要调控因子,不仅在DNA复制的起始和延伸过程中有重要作用,而且具有解螺旋酶活性,保护S期基因的稳定性。当细胞增殖时MCM蛋白表达升高,当细胞退出增殖周期时MCM蛋白分解,因此它是标志细胞增殖活性的新指标,对于宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊断具有重要的临床意义,并有望成为判断宫颈肿瘤患者预后的标记物。
Minichromosome maintenance protein (MCMp, MCM protein) is a major regulator of eukaryotic DNA replication, not only plays an important role in the initiation and extension of DNA replication, but also has helicase activity and protects the stability of S phase gene . MCM protein expression is elevated when cells proliferate, and MCM protein is decomposed when the cells exit the proliferative cycle. Therefore, it is a new indicator of cell proliferative activity and has important clinical significance for the diagnosis of cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
