针对比转速为74~112的5台内混式自吸离心泵,采用3种不同直径吸水管和6种不同隔舌间隙,对其规定高度自吸时间和极限真空度进行了较全面的试验研究,并对试验结果进行了综合分析。结果表明,对于内混式自吸离心泵,规定高度自吸时间总体上随吸水管内初始存气量的增加而成线性递增,而极限真空度与吸水管内的初始存气量无关;当隔舌间隙为1~6 mm时,隔舌间隙越小,自吸性能越好;泵的额定流量越大,自吸性能受隔舌间隙的影响越大。该研究对内混式自吸离心泵的水力设计、部分结构参数的确定以及自吸性能的进一步提高具有较重要的意义。
Aiming at the five internal mixed self-priming centrifugal pumps with rotating speeds of 74 to 112, three kinds of suction pipes of different diameters and six kinds of different tongue clearances were used to conduct a more comprehensive test on the specified self-priming time and ultimate vacuum Research, and a comprehensive analysis of test results. The results show that for the internal mixed self-priming centrifugal pump, the prescribed height self-priming time increases linearly with the increase of initial air-sucking volume in the suction pipe, while the ultimate vacuum has nothing to do with the initial air- 1 ~ 6 mm, the smaller the gap between the tongue, the better the self-priming performance; the greater the rated flow of the pump, the greater the self-priming performance is affected by the gap of the tongue. This study is of great importance to the hydraulic design of internal mixed self-priming centrifugal pumps, the determination of some structural parameters and the further improvement of the self-priming performance.
