                                湿法磷酸装置浓缩工艺采用的挤压型石墨管换热器,能承受的蒸汽压力约为0.1 MPa,而生产中所使用的饱和蒸汽的压力一般为0.5 MPa,故需对其进行减压降温处理。提出采用螺杆膨胀发电技术来利用该部分热能及动能。介绍螺杆膨胀机的工作原理、工艺流程及工艺参数,使用螺杆膨胀发电技术后,两套装置年节电效益为430万元,同时节约标准煤2 600余吨,减少CO_2排放量约8 000 t。
