为深入细致地研究黑龙江省水稻冷害生理机制,介绍了全世界种植水稻的110多个国家中大约有24个国家经常遭受冷害的威胁。我国从南到北种植水稻的省份,也不同程度上遭受冷害带来的产量损失,黑龙江省是水稻冷害发生最为严重;分析水稻发生冷害的原因是细胞器发生结构上的改变,酶、激素和其它生理指标根据不同程度的冷害而发生浓度变化;指出当前黑龙江省水稻冷害发生类型主要是孕穗期障碍型冷害;提出深入系统研究黑龙江省水稻冷害生理机制的研究思路。
In order to study the physiological mechanism of cold damage in rice in Heilongjiang province in detail, it is introduced that about 24 of the more than 110 countries that grow rice in the world are often threatened with chilling injury. In our country, the provinces that grow rice from south to north also suffer from yield loss due to chilling damage to some extent. Heilongjiang Province is the most serious chilling injury in rice. The reason for the chilling injury in rice is the structural change of organelles, enzymes, hormones and others According to the different degrees of chilling damage, the physiological indices of the rice varieties changed in concentration. It was pointed out that the type of chilling injury in Heilongjiang Province was mainly the chilling damage at the booting stage, and the research thought of the physiological mechanism of cold damage in rice in Heilongjiang Province was proposed.
