目的:探讨丹莪妇康煎膏对AM小鼠异位和在位内膜血管生成的影响,揭示丹莪妇康煎膏治疗AM的作用机理。方法:以健康雌性未孕7周龄ICR小鼠为研究对象,行子宫内移植脑垂体手术,以建立子宫腺肌症的小鼠模型。随机设空白组、模型组、丹莪妇康煎膏组,造模3月后分组连续给药2月,采用免疫组化染色方法,检测各组AM小鼠异位和在位内膜VEGF及CD31的表达变化。结果:与空白组比较,在位及异位内膜VEGF在形成模型后显著上调,治疗后呈显著下降趋势(P<0.01)。模型组在位内膜CD31与正常组比较显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后有升高趋势。异位内膜CD31治疗后有下降趋势。结论:丹莪妇康煎膏可能通过改善在位内膜的局部缺血缺氧状况,从而抑制在位内膜及异位内膜的血管异常增殖,达到治疗治疗AM的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Dancao Fukang decoction on ectopic and eutopic endometrium angiogenesis in AM mice and to reveal the mechanism of action of Dancao Fukang decoction on AM. Methods: Healthy female 7-week-old ICR mice were used as the research object. The intrauterine transplantation of pituitary gland was performed to establish a mouse model of adenomyosis. Randomly divided into blank group, model group, Dan E Fukang Jian cream group, after 3 months of model administration, continuous administration was performed in February. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect ectopic and eutopic endometrial VEGF and CD31 expression changes. Results: Compared with the blank group, VEGF in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium was significantly up-regulated after the formation of the model and showed a significant decrease after the treatment (P <0.01). In model group, eutopic endometrium CD31 decreased significantly compared with normal group (P <0.05), and increased after treatment. Ectopic endometrial CD31 after treatment there is a downward trend. Conclusion: Dan Curculigo decoction may improve the function of treating AM by improving the ischemia / hypoxia status of eutopic endometrium and inhibiting the abnormal proliferation of eutopic and ectopic endometrium.
