目的了解温岭市医疗机构污水处理和排放现状。方法于2014—2015年对温岭市9家医疗机构排放的污水进行抽样,依据HJ 585—2010《水质游离氯和总氯的测定N,N-二乙基-1,4-苯二胺滴定法》、GB18466—2005《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》进行检测。结果共检测水样216份,合格109份,合格率为50.46%。2014和2015年合格率分别为55.56%、45.37%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。沙门菌、志贺菌均未检出;粪大肠菌群合格率为93.98%,2014和2015年合格率分别为94.44%、93.52%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);总余氯合格率为50.46%,2014和2015年合格率分别为55.56%、45.37%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温岭市医疗机构排放污水中致病病原体控制基本达标,但总余氯合格率较低,存在消毒剂超量使用问题。
Objective To understand the current situation of sewage treatment and discharge in medical institutions in Wenling. Methods The effluent from 9 medical institutions in Wenling was sampled from 2014 to 2015 according to HJ 585-2010 “Determination of Free and Total Chlorine in Water Quality by N, N-diethyl-1,4-phenylenediamine titration ”, GB18466-2005“ Medical institutions water pollutant discharge standards ”for testing. Results A total of 216 water samples were tested, 109 were qualified, with a pass rate of 50.46%. The pass rates in 2014 and 2015 were 55.56% and 45.37%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Salmonella and Shigella were not detected. The passing rate of fecal coliform was 93.98%, and the pass rates in 2014 and 2015 were 94.44% and 93.52% respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05) The rate was 50.46%. The pass rates in 2014 and 2015 were 55.56% and 45.37% respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The control of pathogenic pathogens in the discharged sewage of medical institutions in Wenling has basically reached the standard, but the qualified rate of total residual chlorine is low, which leads to the problem of excessive use of disinfectants.
