本文研究了由γ—丁内酯与甲胺缩合一步合成N—甲基—α—吡咯烷酮(NMP)的工艺路线。考察了不同温度、压力以及物料配比对合成反应的影响。经试验,γ—丁内酯的转化率和NMP的选择性分别达到100%和95%~98%。
In this paper, the synthesis of N-methyl-α-pyrrolidone (NMP) from γ-butyrolactone and methylamine was studied. The effects of different temperature, pressure and material ratio on the synthesis reaction were investigated. After testing, γ-butyrolactone conversion and NMP selectivity of 100% and 95% to 98%.
