姬松茸Agaricus brazei Murrill热水提取物对Meth A肿瘤荷瘤小鼠显示明显的肿瘤生长抑制作用。为明确其作用机理,作者进行了以下试验。雌性BALB/c小鼠皮下移植Meth A肿瘤细胞4×10~4个。5天后,试验组每鼠每天口服姬松茸子实体热水提取物 300mg,对照组给予等量的水。自肿瘤移植后,每周测肿瘤大小3次,连测3周;第3周末,剥离肿瘤,称 Agaricus brazii Murrill Agaricus brazeri Murrill water extract showed significant tumor growth inhibition in mice bearing Meth A tumors. In order to clarify its mechanism of action, the author conducted the following tests. Female BALB/c mice were transplanted with 4×10 4 Meth A tumor cells subcutaneously. After 5 days, 300 mg of hot water extract of fruit body of Agaricus blazei Murrill was administered to mice in the test group every day, and the control group was given equal amount of water. After the tumor was transplanted, the tumor size was measured 3 times a week for 3 weeks, and at the 3rd weekend, the tumor was removed and weighed.
