共青团组织作为企业的青年组织,一个由占职工总数70%的青年组成的先进群体,要在信息化、多元化的今天不断发展自身事业、激发新的活力,一个有效的途径便是创建学习型组织。本文就企业如何创建共青团学习型组织进行了初浅的分析。
As a youth organization of enterprises, an advanced group composed of youths who account for 70% of the total number of employees, the Communist Youth League organizations must continuously develop their own businesses and stimulate new vitality today with informationization and diversification. An effective way is to create a learning type organization. This article conducted a preliminary analysis on how to create a learning organization in the Communist Youth League.
