建立了土壤中多种农药残留同时检测的分析方法。样品中残留农药采用乙腈提取,使用PSA粉和C18吸附剂净化,再经在线凝胶渗透色谱一气相色谱/质谱(GPC—GC/MS)分析,进一步除去样液中大分子干扰物质。加标水平为0.006~0.05mg/kg时,回收率为65%~120%,相对标准偏差小于15%;24种农药的检出限为0.0005~0.02mg/kg。实验证明,该方法操作简单快速、准确度高,能够满足土壤中多种农药残留限量标准的检测要求。
The establishment of a variety of pesticide residues in soil simultaneous detection of analytical methods. Residual pesticides in the sample were extracted with acetonitrile, purified with PSA powder and C18 adsorbent, and then analyzed by on-line gel permeation chromatography-gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (GPC-GC / MS) to further remove the macromolecular interfering substances in the sample solution. The recoveries ranged from 65% to 120% at spiking levels of 0.006-0.05 mg / kg with relative standard deviations less than 15%. The detection limits of 24 pesticides ranged from 0.0005-0.02 mg / kg. Experiments show that the method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can meet the testing requirements of a variety of pesticide residue limits in soil.
