元帅、金帅、国光苹果采收后立即用10~12%的高CO_2处理30~40天,不调节O_2分压,对于保持果实硬度和绿色有良好的效果。但金帅和国光在贮藏后期出现生理病变。贮藏前期用高CO_2处理可抑制果实呼吸和乙烯生成,延缓衰老过程,并未加剧乙醛和乙醇的累积。对照果实衰老快,乙醛和乙醇积累也较迅速。贮藏后期果实对高CO_2非常敏感。
