柯尔伯格道德发展理论与中学教育

美国发展心理学家柯尔伯格用两难故事法研究人的道德发展,他发现尽管人类种族、文化和社会规范等各方面都不尽相同,但人的道德判断随年龄的增长而发展的趋势却是一致的,大致可分为三种水平、六个阶段。目前我国中学生年龄大致为十二周岁至十八周岁,他们的道德发展阶段却不尽整齐划一,所以用柯尔伯格道德发展理论来针对不同群体的中学生,施加不同的教育策略,指导我们的中学教育,一定能取得我国中学教育的长足进步。柯尔伯格“前习俗水平”与“惩罚”教育 Kohlberg, a development psychologist in the United States, used the dilemma story method to study the moral development of man and found that although all aspects of human race, culture and social norms are different, the tendency of human moral judgment with age is growing It is consistent, can be roughly divided into three levels, six stages.
