高层住宅的智能家居建设是属于建筑领域中的新兴产业,同时也是较为先进的一种技术,而在高层住宅智能家居的电器设计中,由于电器设计关系重大,因此必须要充分的考虑到电气设计的安全性和实用性,同时也只有对这两点进行充分的考虑,才能够确保高层住在智能家居能够被人们正常安全的所使用。然而就我国目前高层住宅智能家居电气设计的设计情况而言,其中还存在着一些问题,这些问题不仅影响到高层住宅智能家居电气设计的质量,同时还大大降低了电气设计的安全性。而为了进一步提高高层住宅智能智能家居电气设计的水平,加大对其的分析研究力度不仅意义重大,而且迫在眉睫。本文通过对高层住宅智能家居电气设计的深入分析,然后对具体的设计方法及设计理论进行了详细阐述,以供同行探讨。

In this paper, through in-depth analysis of the electrical design of high-rise residential smart home, and then the specific design methods and design theory were elaborated for peer discussion.
