通过MGR586探针与经酶解的稻瘟病菌基因组DNA杂交,以彼此间RFLP单型带的位置相似率达80%为度,把采自广东省不同地区的28个病原菌分离物分簇划分成6个宗谱。被测菌株的RFLP单型的多样性显示我省稻瘟病菌复杂的亲缘关系。初步结果表明,病原菌宗谱与水稻品种的遗传背景有关
The MGR586 probe hybridized with the digested genomic DNA of Magnaporthe grisea to classify the 28 pathogenic isolates collected from different regions of Guangdong into 80% similarity-based RFLP haplotypes 6 genealogy. The diversity of RFLP haplotypes of the tested strains showed the complicated genetic relationship of Magnaporthe grisea in our province. The preliminary results show that the genealogies of pathogens are related to the genetic background of rice varieties
