研究了锂化合物和有机氮化合物对均相RhCl_3-CH_3I体系催化醋酸甲酯羰基化制醋酐的影响。结果表明,LiI、LiOAc和碘化吡啶鎓盐均有良好效果,但其作用有所不同。LiI的作用主要是提高MeOAc的转化率,LiOAc主要提高Ac_2O的选择性。在448K、4.0MPa、[RhCl_3]=0.01和[CH_3I]=3.0mol/L条件下,MeOAc转化率达87%,Ac_2O选择性达100%。讨论了锂化合物及有机氮化合物在催化剂中的作用。
The effects of lithium compounds and organic nitrogen compounds on the homogeneous reaction of acetic anhydride with methyl acetate catalyzed by homogeneous RhCl_3-CH_3I system were studied. The results show that LiI, LiOAc and pyridinium iodide have good effect, but its role is different. The main purpose of LiI is to increase the conversion of MeOAc. LiOAc mainly enhances the selectivity of Ac 2 O. Under the conditions of 448K, 4.0MPa, [RhCl_3] = 0.01 and [CH_3I] = 3.0mol / L, the conversion of MeOAc reaches 87% and the selectivity of Ac_2O reaches 100%. The effects of lithium compounds and organic nitrogen compounds on the catalysts were discussed.
