工商银行山西河津县支行，切实纠正行业不正之风、突出“三为主”，开展“五结合”。三为主：一是以领导干部为主。纠正行业不正之风领导是关键，要求领导干部带头自查自纠，开展批评和自我批评，以过硬的工作作风，给职工树立典范。二是以党员为主。每个党员要牢记党的宗旨，不仅要尽职尽责干好本职工作，而且要监督和制止行业不正之风。三是以中层干部为主。中层干部大都工作在业务第一线，经常同客户打交道，应当时时带头，处处作表率。
