2004年9月,4个省(区)率先进行普通高中新课程实验,今年增加到5个。从2001年新课程实验正式启动以来,现在已经进入关键阶段,许多深层次而又亟待解决的矛盾、问题浮出水面,比如评价改革。相对于小学、初中,高中老师似乎更关心评价问题,很简单但又很无情的现实是,高考成绩不仅影响学生的人生走向,也直接决定教师、学校被社会和家长认可的程度。今年山西省榆社县县委常委会因为本县高考成绩大滑坡而向全县人民致歉的事件,就是这一现实最好的注脚。当然,我们不能期望改革一步到位,尤其是像高考招生这样涉及千家万户的制度设计;我们希望广大教师尽可能地坚守教育理想,在现实和理想之间尽可能让每个学生健康、快乐地成长。当然,我们也有理由期待新课程的推进能给追求教育理想的千千万万教师创造更好的环境,尤其是制度环境。为此,我们关注评价改革,我们刊发了中考走向的系列文章,我们追踪高考改革动态。现在,我们又特别推出教育部“新课程背景下的高中学生学业评价”项目组关于高中学生学业评价的总体框架、新课程背景下高中学生学业评价中的模块学业评价的组织与实施、开放性试题的命制与评分、开放性考试的设计与评定、过程性评价的内涵与方法以及模块总成绩的合成与解释等方面的初步研究成果,与新课程实验省(区)和所有关心新课程的人们分享。 In September 2004, four provinces (autonomous regions) took the lead in experimenting with the new high school general high school curriculum and this year increased to five.
