中共中央《关于进一步治理整顿和深化改革的决定》.把深入开展双增双节运动列为治理整顿工作的重要环节,足见搞好此项工作的重要现实意义.然而.笔者从一些企业开展双增双节运动的现状调查中.发现不少令人担忧的问题。就此提出双增双节工作十忌,以供探讨。一忌权宜之举.要放眼长远.着力培育艰苦创业、艰苦奋斗的企业精神。不少企业视双增双节为抓好生产经营、渡过眼前困难的权宜之计.把它作为一种应急手段.而不愿做深入、细致的工作。须知.群众性的双增双节运动不仅是实现少投入、多产出的重要途径.也是培育和完善企业价值观、塑造和弘扬艰苦奋斗精神的有效形式.因此.必须把双增双节的目标、内容,纳入厂长任期目标和企业发展规划.融入企业文化之中。
