采用天然丰度钯粉(纯度≥99.95%)作靶料,经反应堆照射后,用HNO_3、HCl氧化生成放射性氯铂酸盐;在一定酸度的条件下,以抗坏血酸作还原剂,葡萄糖和明胶作保护剂,获得氧化态为零价的钯原子胶体(游离钯离子<0.5%)。经电子显微镜测得胶体的粒度范围为100—400nm。动物实验表明: ̄(103,109Pd胶体高度浓集于体腔的肿瘤部位,血清除快,关节显像清晰,给大鼠注入相当于人体用量100倍的 ̄(103,109)pd胶体,未观察到毒副作用。
Using natural abundance palladium powder (purity ≥ 99.95%) as target material, after irradiation by reactor, oxidizing with HNO 3 , HCl to generate radioactive chloroplatinate; under certain acidity condition, using ascorbic acid as reducing agent, glucose and Gelatin was used as a protective agent to obtain a zero-valent palladium atom colloid (free palladium ion < 0.5%).
