用Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV1)制备的载体能制备成高滴度并转染至分裂相和非分裂相细胞。经突变后,也能只转染分裂相细胞。对其他常用的病毒载体所携带的外源基因,HSV1载体几乎都能携带。绝大多数的腺病毒和逆转录病毒载体缺乏病毒复制基因,因此只能靠传递治疗基因来杀伤肿瘤
Vectors prepared with type I herpes simplex virus (HSV1) can be made high titer and transfected into dividing and non-dividing cells. After mutation, only the dividing cells can also be transfected. For the foreign genes carried by other commonly used viral vectors, the HSV1 vector can be almost carried. The vast majority of adenovirus and retrovirus vectors lack viral replication genes and therefore can only kill tumors by delivering therapeutic genes.
