新世纪宁波经济已进入一个新的发展阶段,改革开放26年来,宁波利用外资的数额不断增加。利用外资在带来积极效应的同时也带来一定的负面效应。本文根据利用外资和可持续发展有关理论对宁波利用外资的负效果进行了分析,并对新世纪利用外资提出了相应的对策。 In the new century, Ningbo’s economy has entered a new stage of development. Since the reform and opening up, the amount of foreign investment in Ningbo has been constantly increasing in the past 26 years. The use of foreign investment brings about a positive effect as well as some negative effects. This article analyzes the negative effects of using foreign capital in Ningbo according to the theory of using foreign capitals and sustainable development, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for using foreign capitals in the new century.
