随着新课改的推行以来,我国高校教育模式正在逐渐发生变化,这场改革的春风也吹到了体育教育教学的领域。传统的体育课模式很简单,老师命令学生去操场跑几圈作为热身,然后教授不同运动方式的技能或技巧,最后让学生自己组队去训练和熟悉。这样的体育教学模式对于一个学生来说已然十分厌倦,因为从小学开始就习惯了这样的方式,在没有创新的情况下,学生们对于体育课的兴趣也日渐磨灭。因此,体育教学的改革迫在眉睫,而快乐体育这一新型的体育教学模式也应运而生。本文旨在介绍快乐体育的概念和特点,以及如何在学校开展快乐体育教学,希望能为相关学校和机构提供一些可用的建议。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the mode of college education in our country is gradually changing. The spring breeze of this reform has also blown into the field of physical education and teaching. The traditional PE lesson pattern is very simple. The teacher instructs the student to go to the playground for a few laps to warm up, then teach skills or skills in different exercise modes, and finally let the students team up for training and familiarization. Such a physical education model is already very tired for a student, because from the beginning of primary school get used to this way, without innovation, students interest in physical education is also gradually diminished. Therefore, the reform of PE teaching is imminent, and the new PE teaching mode of Happy Sports came into being as well. This article aims to introduce the concept and characteristics of happy sports and how to develop happy physical education in schools in the hope of providing some useful advice to schools and institutions concerned.
