利用国家重大科学工程“中国地壳运动观测网络”1998~2000年间81个GPS测站的观测资料,初步获得了中国大陆及周边地区现今地壳水平运动的统一速度场.该速度场比较清楚地勾画出了中国大陆及其内部活动地块在欧亚板块框架下的现今运动和变形状况.现代大地测量第一次比较全面、直观地展示出中国大陆地壳受印度次大陆向北推挤所形成的大幅度水平运动及变形方式,为模拟大陆岩石圈动力过程提供了基础性的运动学约束条件.
Based on the observation data of 81 GPS stations during 1998-2000 from China National Crustal Movement Observation Network, which is a major scientific project in China, the uniform velocity field of crustal horizontal motion in China and the surrounding areas is obtained. The velocity field clearly delineates the current movements and deformations of the plots of land in mainland China and its interior within the Eurasian plate. For the first time, modern geodetic survey shows the substantial horizontal movement and deformation mode of the crust crustally pushed by the Indian subcontinent toward the north, providing the basic kinematic constraints for simulating the continental lithospheric dynamic process .
