国家“八五”重点技术开发的《航空用钛材》的3个支撑项目,即“航空用钛合金电极制备新工艺及生产线的开发”,“TC4钛合金大型铸锭及锻件的开发”,“TC4钛合金板的开发”技术鉴定会于1995年11月16～17日在宝鸡有色金属加工厂召开.来自航空和有色行业的科研、高校.工厂和上级机关等单位的专家、领导共50余名代表参加了会议.
