传统的常旅客计划是里程型常旅客计划。2010年前后,随着互联网技术、尤其是移动互联网技术的发展和广泛应用,欧美一些航空公司、尤其是低成本航空公司开始引入准货币型常旅客计划。与里程型常旅客计划相比,准货币型常旅客计划能更好地激励旅客购买本公司机票,提高旅客忠诚度。货币型常旅客计划能够全面继承准货币型计划的优点,消除其不足,具有更强的激励效果。
The traditional frequent flyer program is a frequent flyer program. Before and after 2010, with the development and widespread application of Internet technologies, especially mobile Internet technologies, some airlines in Europe and the United States, especially low-cost airlines, began introducing the quasi-currency frequent flyer program. In contrast to MileagePlus, the quasi-currency frequent flyer program is better able to motivate passengers to purchase our airline tickets and increase passenger loyalty. The currency-based frequent flyer program can fully inherit the advantages of a quasi-monetary plan, eliminate its deficiencies and have a stronger incentive effect.
