天津琨泰中心办公楼项目结构主屋面高度186.3m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。工程为超B级高度超限高层建筑,且存在穿层柱、斜柱等不规则。介绍了结构体系、超限情况及性能化设计的原则和方法。采用多种软件对结构进行了小震弹性反应谱分析、小震弹性时程分析、中震不屈服分析、大震等效弹性法分析及大震弹塑性时程分析。此外采用ABAQUS软件验算了斜柱在中震下的性能。根据计算结果,通过对结构薄弱部位采取加强措施,可以实现预定的性能目标,确保结构具有良好的抗震性能。
