提升车身钣金件材料利用率可显著降低零件成本,提升产品竞争力。介绍了一种车身钣金件提升材料利用率的方法,借此达到控制成本的目的。该法借助于设计初期的钣金成形CAE,利用成熟软体自带的零件边界调整、工艺余肉面优化、自动排样等技术,并结合实际生产过程中积累的经验,最终获得最优化零件状态和工艺方案,达到材料利用率的最大化。以A车后轮弧下饰板零件为案例,采用该法后材料利用率从最初的40.2%上升到49.8%,每台车节约材料0.11 kg,节省材料成本0.7元,印证了该法有效可行。
