基于广东、浙江、广西、安徽4省(区)的农户调查数据,运用DEA-Tobit模型两步法分析农户林地流转对不同树种生产效率的影响。结果发现,从平均水平看,农户林业生产的综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率分别为0.296 1、0.506 1和0.508 3,且流转户在这3个方面的水平均高于非流转户,但不明显;从分树种来看,单个树种在这3个方面的提高程度也并不明显,且林地流转与否对这3个方面的影响并不都是正向显著的。因此,农户林地流转未必能显著提高林业生产效率,政策鼓励需要针对不同树种生产特征差异进行匹配。
Based on the survey data of farmers in four provinces (autonomous regions) of Guangdong, Zhejiang, Guangxi and Anhui provinces, the DEA-Tobit model was used to analyze the effect of forestland turnover on the productivity of different tree species. The results showed that from the average level, the comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of forestry production were 0.296 1, 0.506 1 and 0.508 3 respectively, and the level of transfer households in these 3 aspects were all higher than that of non-circulating households, But it is not obvious. From the standpoint of tree species, the improvement of single tree species in these three aspects is not obvious, and the effect of forest land circulation or not on these three aspects is not all positive and significant. Therefore, the transfer of farmland to farmers may not be able to significantly improve the efficiency of forestry production. Policies encourage the need to match the differences in production characteristics of different tree species.
