为对渔船实施有效监控,提出一种基于嵌入式雷达的近海渔船分布式监控系统.系统由多个雷达监控站和一个中心指挥系统构成.雷达监控站使用MD-3641/3642雷达,采用Internet网络技术和CDMA/GPRS通信技术实现与指挥中心的数据传输.采用基于数学形态学原理的目标回波识别算法实现雷达图像去噪和回波边缘提取.应用结果显示:目标回波识别算法有较好的去噪效果,可准确确定目标回波的位置.该系统可实现对渔船的有效监控.
In order to effectively monitor the fishing vessels, a distributed surveillance system for offshore fishing vessels based on embedded radar is proposed.The system consists of a number of radar monitoring stations and a central command system.The radar monitoring station uses the MD-3641/3642 radar, the Internet network Technology and CDMA / GPRS communication technology to realize the data transmission with command center.It uses the target echo recognition algorithm based on mathematical morphology principle to realize radar image denoising and echo edge extraction.The application results show that the target echo recognition algorithm is better Of the noise removal effect, can accurately determine the location of the target echo.The system can realize the effective monitoring of fishing vessels.
