【目的】探讨伴与不伴注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)的抽动障碍(ticdisorder,TD)患儿的个性和生活质量特征。【方法】采用艾森克个性问卷(少年版)(EPQ)及儿少主观生活质量问卷(ISLQ),对伴有ADHD的TD(comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and tic disorder,CAT)组60例,不伴ADHD的TD组60例,正常对照组71例儿童分别进行评估。【结果】EPQ中CAT组和TD组精神质、神经质因子得分均明显高于N组,CAT组明显高于其他两组(P<0.01);CAT组掩饰性得分明显低于TD组和N组(P<0.01)。ISLQ中CAT组和TD组总体满意度得分均明显低于N组,CAT组明显低于其他两组(P<0.01),其中CAT组家庭生活、同伴交往、学校生活、自我认识、认知成分、抑郁体验得分均低于TD组(P<0.05),TD组家庭生活、同伴交往、学校生活、自我认识、认知成分得分均低于N组(P<0.05)。【结论】CAT和TD患儿个性及生活质量都明显比正常儿童差,而CAT患儿比TD患儿存在更为明显的个性缺陷和生活质量低下。
【Objective】 To investigate the personality and quality of life of children with ticdisorder (TD) with or without attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). 【Methods】 Sixty patients with comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and tic disorder (TD) accompanied by ADHD were treated with the EPQ and ISLQ questionnaires Sixty cases of TD with ADHD and 71 cases of normal control were evaluated. 【Results】 The scores of psychoticism and neuroticism in CAT group and TD group were significantly higher than those in N group and CAT group, respectively (P <0.01). The scores of CAT in CAT group were significantly lower than those in TD group and N group (P <0.01). The scores of overall satisfaction of CAT group and TD group in ISLQ were significantly lower than those in N group and CAT group were significantly lower than the other two groups (P <0.01), CAT group family life, peer interaction, school life, self-awareness, cognitive component (P <0.05). The scores of family life, peer interaction, school life, self-awareness and cognitive component in TD group were lower than those in N group (P <0.05). 【Conclusions】 The personality and quality of life of children with CAT and TD were significantly worse than those of normal children. CAT children had more obvious personality defects and poor quality of life than those of children with TD.
