以猴头菇为试材,采用不同的甘蔗渣配方进行栽培试验,研究不同的甘蔗渣配方对菌丝生长速度、子实体性状及产量、多糖含量的影响。结果表明:甘蔗渣20%、木屑60%、麦麸15%、玉米粉3%、石膏和过磷酸钙各1%的配方1产量最高,生物转化率最大为85.48%;甘蔗渣40%、木屑40%、玉米粉3%、石膏和过磷酸钙各1%的配方2产量其次,生物转化率为67.18%,略低于纯木屑的配方CK的生物转化率68.34%;配方1和2的菌丝生长速度均大于CK且子实体品质较好。
With Hericium erinaceus as test material, different bagasse formulas were used for cultivation experiments to study the effects of different bagasse formulas on mycelial growth rate, fruiting body characteristics, yield and polysaccharide content. The results showed that the yield of formula 1 with 20% bagasse, 60% sawdust, 15% wheat bran, 3% corn flour and 1% gypsum and superphosphate each was the highest, with the highest bioconversion rate of 85.48%, bagasse 40%, sawdust 40%, 3% corn meal, 1% gypsum and superphosphate each formula 2 yield secondly, the bioconversion rate was 67.18%, slightly lower than the pure wood chips formula CK bioconversion rate of 68.34%; formula 1 and 2 bacteria Silk growth rate is greater than CK and fruiting bodies better quality.
