盾构隧道衬砌是由若干管片装配而成,管片接头的存在是盾构装配式衬砌的主要特征,管片间接头处的刚度的折减造成了隧道结构整体刚度的降低。笔者根据管片接头双直线型力学模型,提出一种可以真实反映接头转角和弯矩耦合轴力非线性关系的有限元分析方法。结合某采用盾构法施工的输水管道工程,对施工开挖和运行充水工况进行二维数值模拟,计算结果表明,该有限元方法能有效模拟管片接头的力学特点,盾构隧道管片间接头的存在降低了衬砌的刚度,使管片环变形增大。
Shield tunnel lining is assembled by a number of pipe pieces, the existence of the pipe joint is the main feature of the shield-mounted lining, the reduction of the stiffness at the joint between the pipe joints results in the reduction of the overall rigidity of the tunnel structure. According to the bilinear mechanical model of the pipe joint, the author presents a finite element analysis method that can truly reflect the nonlinear relationship between the joint corner and the moment force. Combined with a water conveyance pipeline construction using a shield method, two-dimensional numerical simulation of excavation and operation water filling is carried out. The calculation results show that the finite element method can effectively simulate the mechanical characteristics of the pipe joint, The existence of joints between the segments reduces the stiffness of the lining and increases the deformation of the segment ring.
