职业在社会普遍意义上只是某个工作范畴,对某个行业领域的称呼,从事即可获得。本文所讲专业与职业不同。高校体育教师的专业是通过体育知识及技能的学习与积累,体育教学设计的训练与反思,总结出的体育教学知识和经验。实现体育教师的专业化,不能只限于体育知识的学习,作为知识的传授者,更应该站在理解和应用的高度去提高教学质量和效果,从而提升传授者的专业能力和师德修养。为了适应体育事业国际化和教育事业全球化的发展方向,高校体育教师提升自身专业素养成为实现新课改目标的决定性因素。本文由提高高校体育教师专业素养的意义出发,罗列新时期的具体要求,从而得出加强体育教师专业素养的有效对策。
Occupation in the general sense of society is just a work category, the title of an industry field, engaged can be obtained. This article stresses different professions and occupations. Physical education teachers in colleges and universities through the sports knowledge and skills of learning and accumulation, physical education design training and reflection, summed up the physical education knowledge and experience. To realize the professionalization of physical education teachers can not be limited to the study of sports knowledge. As the imparting of knowledge, it should stand on the level of understanding and application to improve the teaching quality and effectiveness so as to enhance the professional ability and moral cultivation of educators. In order to adapt to the internationalization of sports and the development of globalization of education, college physical education teachers have become the decisive factor to realize their new curriculum reform goal. This article starts from the significance of improving the professional qualities of PE teachers in colleges and universities, and lists the specific requirements of the new period so as to come up with effective measures to enhance PE teachers’ professional accomplishments.
