以钛板为基体,通过热分解H2IrCl6、TaCl5和H2SiO3的混合涂液制备了Ti/IrO2–Ta2O5–SiO2阳极,研究了SiO2含量对Ti/IrO2–Ta2O5–SiO2阳极电催化活性及稳定性的影响。结果表明:掺杂SiO2后Ti/IrO2–Ta2O5–SiO2阳极电催化活性降低;适量SiO2可以提高Ti/IrO2–Ta2O5–SiO2阳极稳定性。当涂液中Si的摩尔分数为5%时,Ti/IrO2–Ta2O5–SiO2阳极的稳定性最好;当Si的摩尔分数达到20%时,其稳定性低于未掺SiO2的电极的稳定性。
The Ti / IrO2-Ta2O5-SiO2 anode was prepared by thermally decomposing a mixed solution of H2IrCl6, TaCl5 and H2SiO3 on a titanium substrate. The effect of SiO2 content on the electrocatalytic activity and stability of the Ti / IrO2-Ta2O5-SiO2 anode was investigated . The results show that the electrocatalytic activity of Ti / IrO2-Ta2O5-SiO2 anode decreases with the addition of SiO2. The proper amount of SiO2 can improve the stability of Ti / IrO2-Ta2O5-SiO2 anode. The stability of the Ti / IrO2-Ta2O5-SiO2 anode is best when the molar fraction of Si in the coating solution is 5%, while the stability of the Ti / IrO2-Ta2O5-SiO2 anode is lower than that of the undoped SiO2 when the mole fraction of Si reaches 20% .
