高血压是引起脑卒中、冠心病、糖尿病和肾功能衰竭等疾病的重要危险因素,是目前流行最广泛的疾病,已引起高度重视。2000年我们对盐城市居民罹患高血压的危险因素进行了流行病学研究,以期能为本地区高血压的社区预防与控制提供科学依据。1 对象与方法1.1 研究对象 凡年龄在35岁以上、在本地居住满5年及以上的居民为本研究的对象,总调查人数为全市总人口的2.00％左右。采用多阶段组群抽样的方法确定研究单位,由经培训合格的乡级医生对研究对象进行问卷调查和相关的体检。
Hypertension is an important risk factor for diseases such as stroke, coronary heart disease, diabetes and renal failure. It is the most prevalent disease and has drawn great attention. In 2000, we carried out epidemiological studies on the risk factors of hypertension in Yancheng residents in order to provide a scientific basis for community prevention and control of hypertension in this area. 1 Subjects and Methods 1.1 Study Subjects Anyone aged over 35 years old living in a local area for 5 years or above is the target of this study. The total number of inquiries is about 2.00% of the total population of the city. A multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to identify the research units. Questionnaires and relevant physical examinations were conducted on the subjects under the training of eligible township doctors.
