用均相钕系催化剂合成具有窄相对分子质量分布的顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯董为民,姜连升,张学全(中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,吉林长春130022)在丁二烯存在及50℃下,使钕系化合物,如新癸酸钕、异辛酸钕以及异辛酸改性的膦酸钕与Al(i-Bu)2H反应,再与Al(i-Bu)2Cl作用,可形成均相稳定的钕系催化剂体系。结果表明,该催化剂不仅对丁二烯聚合具有高的催化活性及立体定向性(顺式-1,4-结构质量分数大于96%),而且具有单一活性中心的特征,可合成相对分子质量分布指数接近于2.00的聚丁二烯。
Synthesis of cis-1,4-polybutadiene with narrow relative molecular mass distribution using homogeneous neodymium catalyst Dong Weimin, Jiang Liansheng, Zhang Xuequan (Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun 130022, China) In the presence of butadiene and Neodymium-based compounds such as neodymium neodecanoate, neodymium isooctanoate and isooctanoate-modified neodymium phosphonate are reacted with Al (i-Bu) 2H and then with Al (i-Bu) 2Cl to form a Phase stable neodymium catalyst system. The results show that the catalyst not only has high catalytic activity and stereospecificity to cis-1,4-butadiene (more than 96% of cis-1,4-structure), but also possesses a single active center and can synthesize relative molecular mass distribution Polybutadiene with an index close to 2.00.
