一、概述抗张力、伸长量、伸长率和抗张能量吸收功是纸板、纸张、包装材料和塑料等材料的重要性能,传统测试方法是用机械摆锤式拉力测试仪测试。这种传统仪器精度差、数据结果不直观,需要人工换算,操作人员劳动强度大,而且测量范围小,不能满足工厂、实验室的需要。我们以微处理器为核心,采用STD总线技术,所研制出的智能拉力测控仪具有通用性好、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、成本低、维修方便等优点。
