Ｃｒｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１是一种重要的细胞增殖因子，是近几年才被确定的原癌基因，它通过促进 Ｇ１－Ｓ期的转变而促进细胞周 期。多种研究表明Ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１基因扩增和（或）过表达与肿瘤发生、进展及预后有关。本文就ＣｙｃｌｉｎＤ１与肿瘤预后相关性作一 文献回顾。 Crclin D1 is an important cell proliferation factor, a proto-oncogene that has been identified in recent years. It promotes cell cycle progression by promoting the transition of G1-S phase. A variety of studies have demonstrated that amplification and/or overexpression of Cyclin D1 genes are associated with tumorigenesis, progression, and prognosis. This article reviews the relationship between CyclinD1 and tumor prognosis.
