本文概述复杂适应系统(CAS)理论的主要内容。从CAS的7个基本点:聚集、非线性、流、多样性、标识、内部模型、积木,论证高职教育系统是一个CAS。高职教育的评价要考虑高职教育作为CAS的属性特征。与传统的高职教育评价比较,基于CAS理论的高职教育评价的方法论原则包括:扬弃还原论的桎梏,导向涌现为特征的演化观;消弭线性归因,把握层次与整体的辩证关系;认知多样性,关注“适应性的创新”;把握随机性与确定性的统一,尝试模糊的教育评价。
This article outlines the main elements of the theory of complex adaptive systems (CAS). 7 basic points from CAS: Aggregation, Nonlinear, Flow, Diversity, Identification, Internal Models, Building Blocks, Demonstration Higher Vocational Education System is a CAS. The evaluation of higher vocational education should consider the higher vocational education as the attribute of CAS. Compared with the traditional evaluation of higher vocational education, the methodology of evaluation of higher vocational education based on the CAS theory includes: abandonment of reductionism and orientation of emergence as the evolution of features; eliminating the linear attribution and grasping the dialectical relationship between hierarchy and wholeness; Know diversity, pay attention to “adaptability of innovation ”; grasp the unity of randomness and certainty, try vague education evaluation.
