食管切除食管胃吻合口狭窄是食管外科常见的中期并发症,保守治疗无效,反复扩张失败,影响病人的生活和体质恢复。作者等从1978～1987年对9例严重食管胃吻合口狭窄的患者进行10例次手术,皆获得了较满意的效果。
Esophagectomy for esophagogastric anastomotic stenosis is a common mid-term complication of esophageal surgery. Conservative treatment is ineffective and repeated expansion failures affect the patient’s life and physical recovery. From 1978 to 1987, the authors performed 10 suboperations on 9 patients with severe esophageal anastomotic stenosis, and they all achieved satisfactory results.
