FAO的报告预测到,未来几年内水产养殖业产量占渔业总产量的比重将继续增长,到2030年水产养殖产量将比目前翻一番。无疑,水产养殖是快速成长中的朝阳产业。但是,水产养殖业的发展也受到许许多多因素的制约,比如可利用水域的规模,环境的影响,饲料产量的增速,以及“风险型社会”的安全意识。特别需要指出的是,鱼类食品潜在的安全风险将影响到水产养殖业发展。这就要求我们开发全面的风险分析框架,让消费者对食品的安全放心,从而确保水产养殖业健康稳定发展。
The FAO report predicts that the share of aquaculture production in total fisheries production will continue to rise in the coming years and that aquaculture production by 2030 will more than double. Undoubtedly, aquaculture is a fast-rising sunrise industry. However, the development of the aquaculture industry is also constrained by many factors such as the size of the available water area, the impact of the environment, the growth of feed production, and the safety awareness of “risk-based society.” In particular, it is important to note that the potential safety risks of fish foods will affect aquaculture development. This requires us to develop a comprehensive risk analysis framework to enable consumers to rest assured that food safety, so as to ensure the healthy and stable development of aquaculture.
