本文对LF2、LF21、LD5和LD10四种铝合金圆棒单轴拉伸时的形变和断裂过程进行了研究。LF2和LF21得到的是通常的杯锥断口,而三种不同时效状态的LD5和LD10都发生剪切形变局部变化现象,并随之迅速剪断,得到的都是斜的剪切平断口。这可能是由于它们产生剪切形变局部化的滑移面硬化率对瞬时拉伸应力的临界比值不同之故。后者开始剪切形变局部化的临界比值较前者的为高,因而在实验中易于达到,剪切形变局部化发生后随即剪断。
In this paper, the deformation and fracture processes of LF2, LF21, LD5 and LD10 aluminum alloy round rods uniaxially stretched were studied. LF2 and LF21 get the usual cup cone fracture, and the three different aging states of LD5 and LD10 shear deformation occurred in the local changes, and then quickly cut off, are obtained oblique shear flat fracture. This is probably due to the difference in the critical ratios of the instantaneous tensile stress due to their localized shear plane hardening rates. In the latter case, the critical ratio of the initial shear deformation was higher than that of the former, which was easy to reach in the experiment. The shear deformation localized immediately after shearing.
