[目的]探讨生姜油、大蒜籽浸液、生姜液3种植物剂杀灭日本血吸虫尾蚴的效果。[方法]分别吸取生姜油、不同浓度的大蒜籽浸液,生姜液100μl于载玻片上,观察3种植物剂杀灭血吸虫尾蚴的时间;并用已杀灭的血吸虫尾蚴感染小鼠,经灌注法加撕碎法收集虫体,计算感染率。[结果]100.00%浓度的大蒜籽浸液、生姜液、生姜油杀死日本血吸虫尾蚴的时间分别为1.6s、2.4s、19.8s,三者杀灭尾蚴时间差异有统计学意义,P值﹤0.001。50.00%、25.00%、12.50%的大蒜籽浸液与生姜液杀灭尾蚴时间分别为6.4s、30.8s、50.8s与10.2s、34.8s、419.4s,相同浓度的大蒜籽液与生姜液杀灭尾蚴时间差异有统计学意义,P值均小于0.001。已杀灭的血吸虫尾蚴对小鼠无感染性,感染率为零。[结论]生姜油、100.00%~25.00%的大蒜籽浸液与生姜液均有较好的杀灭血吸虫尾蚴的效果,相同浓度下大蒜籽浸液杀灭血吸虫尾蚴的效果更好。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of three kinds of plant agents, ginger oil, garlic seed extract and ginger liquid, on killing Schistosoma japonicum. [Methods] The ginger oil, different concentrations of garlic seed extract and 100 μl of ginger liquid were sucked on slides, and the time of killing schistosome cercariae by three kinds of plant agents was observed. The mice were infected with schistosoma cercariae that had been killed, and perfusion method was used. The shreds were collected and the infection rate was calculated. [Results] The time of 100.00% concentration of garlic seed extract, ginger liquid and ginger oil killed Schistosoma japonicum was 1.6 s, 2.4 s, and 19.8 s respectively. The time difference between the three killing cercariae was statistically significant, P value < 0.001. 50.00%, 25.00%, and 12.50% of the garlic seed extract and ginger liquid killed the cercariae respectively for 6.4 s, 30.8 s, 50.8 s and 10.2 s, 34.8 s, and 419.4 s. The same concentration of garlic seed liquid and ginger There was a statistically significant difference in the time of killing and killing the tail cercariae. The P value was less than 0.001. Killed schistosome cercariae did not infect mice and the infection rate was zero. [Conclusion] Ginger oil, 100.00%~25.00% garlic seed extract and ginger liquid all had good effects on killing schistosomiasis cercariae. The garlic seed extract at the same concentration had better effect on killing schistosomiasis cercariae.
