从SCR烟气脱硝过程出发,分析了脱硝过程的控制步骤,以催化反应的化学本质为依据,结合广义酸碱理论,从表面化学反应过程分析了影响催化剂脱硝性能的因素,指出催化剂中活性组分提供的Lewis酸位和Bronsted酸位是影响催化剂性能的本质因素.分析了影响脱硝效率、SO2氧化率、氨逃逸率的因素和SCR运行条件及催化剂中毒对催化剂脱硝性能的影响.“,”From the view of SCR flue gas denitration process, the paper analyzes the control step of denitration process. In accordance with the chemical essence of catalyzing reaction and in combination with acid and alkali theory and from the surface chemical reaction course, the paper analyzes the factor that effects catalyzer denitration capability, and points out that Lewis acid and Bronsted acid are the essence factor that effects the catalyzer capability. The paper analyzes the factor that makes impact on denitration rate, SO2 oxidation rate, ammonia escaping rate, SCR operation condition and catalyzer poison on catalyzer denitration capability.
